Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software

You'll be instrumental in driving revenue growth by executing marketing programs that translate global and regional strategies into local, actionable initiatives. In this role, you'll attract, engage, and progress prospects through the entire buyer's journey, ultimately contributing to pipeline generation and closed-won revenue in the Indian market. This is a hybrid position where you'll collaborate across sales, product, and global marketing teams to bring Siemens PLM solutions to life locally.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Campaign Execution:

Plan and execute field marketing activities (industry events, trade shows, webinars, local seminars) designed to generate awareness and initial inquiries for Siemens PLM solutions in India

Collaborate with global marketing to localize compelling content (whitepapers, case studies, digital assets) that resonates with local market needs and pain points

Oversee integrated campaigns that leverage both digital channels (social media, email marketing) and physical events to maximize reach and engagement

Manage event logistics end-to-end, including venue selection, vendor management, material preparation, and on-site execution

Implement lead generation programs across field marketing channels and track performance against defined KPIs

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Act as a key liaison between sales, product, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and support for local marketing initiatives

Communicate regularly with sales teams to gather feedback, understand market needs, and provide targeted marketing support

Ensure effective lead hand-off and follow-up processes between marketing and sales functions

Budget & Performance Management:

Manage the field marketing budget allocated, ensuring cost-effective execution and maximizing ROI

Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of all marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Market Intelligence:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights in the Indian market to inform and refine marketing strategies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field

3-5 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or marketing execution within B2B industrial or technology companies

Demonstrated understanding of the B2B buyer's journey and demand generation methodologies

Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue

Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups

Willingness to travel within India as required for events and meetings

Preferred:

Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms

Results-oriented analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to translate data into actionable insights

Proactive, self-starter attitude with demonstrated passion for marketing and driving business impact
