Responsibilities

1. Own end-to-end execution of Tripo’s U.S. offline events, including conferences, workshops, hackathons, community events, and brand activations. 2. Manage event timelines, checklists, budgets, vendors, venues, catering, AV, printing, merchandise, shipping, and other logistics. 3. Coordinate closely with internal teams across marketing, design, product, finance, and operations. 4. Manage event materials, equipment, transportation, setup, teardown, and on-site execution. 5. Coordinate speaker, guest, partner, and attendee logistics when needed. 6. Work with external vendors and partners to ensure deadlines, quality, and budget expectations are met. 7. Qualifications

1. 2–5 years of experience in events, field marketing, experiential marketing, event operations, production, or project management. 2. Strong project management and organizational skills. 3. Extremely reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling logistics. 4. Able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines independently. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and calm under pressure. 6.
