Field Manager | Brooklyn & Queens, NYC · $65,000–$80,000

About the Role

A growing real estate management company is looking for a hands-on Field Manager to serve as the Property Manager’s right-hand person across a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties throughout Brooklyn and Queens. It’s a role for someone organized and proactive who’s comfortable walking buildings, identifying issues, and following through to make sure properties are properly maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly visit and walk buildings throughout the Brooklyn and Queens portfolio
• Verify building conditions, maintenance work, and overall property upkeep
• Identify violations, maintenance issues, and areas requiring attention
• Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure they are resolved promptly
• Help implement plans to stabilize properties and reduce violation counts
• Report findings and updates directly to the Property Manager
• Coordinate with relevant personnel and vendors to ensure building issues are addressed
• Serve as the Property Manager’s on-the-ground support across the portfolio

Compensation

• Salary of $65,000–$80,000
