We are seeking a Field Manager to lead and support our team of Field Technicians as they work across customer sites throughout the South Brisbane region. This role is central to ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality service delivery every day.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the designated Service Scheduler to ensure technician routes are coordinated effectively and efficiently.
  • Reviewing daily reporting to ensure schedules are adhered to and managed in the most efficient manner.
  • Managing escalations and working toward solutions that protect our brand and support our customers.
  • Providing consistent coaching and development to the field-based team and engaging internal departments for additional support where required.
  • Ensuring field activities are recorded in real time.
  • Conducting regular site audits and vehicle inspections.

YOUR SKILLS, EXPERTISE & KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

We are looking for someone who enjoys engaging with their team and has the resilience to navigate a demanding role in a dynamic environment. You will be someone who builds relationships easily, focuses on accountability and outcomes, and looks for opportunities to improve how we operate.

The following skills and attributes will support success in this role:

  • Demonstrated experience managing a service-oriented team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with employees and customers at all levels.
  • Knowledge of the commercial and retail market is an advantage.
  • Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced and pressured environment with a strong focus on client management and employee engagement.
  • Confident leadership capability with an ability to hold individuals accountable while maintaining respect and engagement within the team.
  • Strong business acumen, including how decisions in the Field Manager role impact overall service performance for the Brisbane region.
  • Ability to interpret Enterprise Agreements and understand associated governance.
