As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will work alongside a dedicated team of professionals to support 35+ properties with a wide range of hands-on repair and maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, car wash equipment, and more. We lead with a "Five-Star" mindset, ensuring every site meets the highest standards of safety and appearance. Whether you are troubleshooting equipment or performing preventative care, your work is essential to providing a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair:
· Car wash equipment
· Washers and dryers
· Food and beverage equipment
· Gas pump equipment
· Perform general HVAC maintenance
· Complete routine preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems
· Communicate effectively with store managers and outside vendors regarding service calls
· Maintain curb appeal to company 5-Star standards
· Identify and correct potential safety hazards
· Comply with OSHA and all applicable local safety regulations
· Perform additional duties as assigned
· On-call scheduling for emergencies after hours as needed.
Required Qualifications:
· Strong communication skills
· High regard for customer service, cleanliness, and attention to detail
· Ability to remain on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift
· Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
· Valid driver’s license
· Ability to drive between properties throughout the workday
· Ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with Car Wash repairs
· Experience with HVAC and Refrigeration equipment
· Experience reading multimeters and diagnosing electrical issues
· Experience with commercial equipment repair
