Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in logistics, procurement, or operations support, preferably with an international NGO or development organization.
Knowledge of procurement procedures, stock management, and logistics operations.
Ability to use Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in remote or field-based environments with limited supervision.
Good communication and teamwork skills, with a practical and solution-oriented mindset.
Willingness to follow procedures and learn WCS systems and policies.
Knowledge of local context and language is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing operational priorities.
