Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily schedules, work assignments, and travel logistics for Jacent installation teams across multiple markets and program launches, ensuring optimal staffing coverage, efficient routing, and timely execution of all installation activities.

  • Partner closely with field leadership, vendor partners, customers, and cross-functional internal teams to support the successful execution of new impulse clip strip program launches and ongoing merchandising initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project schedules, installation timelines, deployment plans, and field updates to ensure all stakeholders remain informed and aligned throughout each phase of a launch.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for field team members, supervisors, store personnel, and external partners during installations, providing timely communication, operational support, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor daily field activity, team productivity, project progress, and installation quality through ongoing communication, reporting, and follow-up, ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and according to client expectations.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve in-store, scheduling, travel, staffing, or operational issues by assessing priorities, coordinating resources, and redirecting personnel or assets as needed to minimize disruption and maintain project timelines.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, store personnel, vendors, and internal teams through professional communication, responsiveness, and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ensure all installation activities, travel processes, and field operations are conducted in compliance with company policies, safety standards, client requirements, and operational procedures.
  • Analyze field feedback and operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement, increased efficiency, enhanced team performance, and improved customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor
