Position Summary

Field Service Logistics Associate serves our internal and external customers by efficiently scheduling equipment service calls and equipment moves and maintaining proper file maintenance in order to increase company sales and profits while managing budgets and company assets.

Essential Functions

  • Works daily with the Logistics Software systems including but not limited to: CEM, VIP, Power BI and SharePoint.
  • Receives service calls and accurately enters work order needs into CEM and schedule board maintenance. Assists customers with trouble shooting options for common service calls.
  • Assigns appropriate work orders, equipment and regions to Service Technicians, installers and equipment delivery crew in the routing system to ensure optimal routing.
  • Enters routing information into routing system to create technician, install and equipment delivery routes that meet customer needs and fleet capabilities while maximizing customer service and minimizing costs.
  • Assists technicians, installers, equipment delivery personnel, managers and other employees regarding procedures, work order parameters, expectations, and software technical support.
  • Conducts regular communication sessions with Logistics Manager, Sales Equipment manager and Service Managers to facilitate operational knowledge and process improvement
  • Manages and maintains routing and work orders; ensures functionality and reliability of CEM software systems.
  • Analyzes active work orders (past, present and future) and process and determines future plans to increase efficiency and meet customer needs.
  • Responsible for review and maintenance of Pepsi National calls to include but not limited to: researching duplicate work orders, maintenance of work orders, research and maintain ESM rejected work orders.
  • Responsible for National equipment receiving as well as inventory control for both national and local accounts
  • Responsible for asset tag processing and PepsiCo equipment return process
  • Responsible for National and local Preventative Maintenance scheduling
  • Responsible for researching and processing after hours and weekend service calls
  • Responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing procedural documentation of operational processes.
  • Maintains and monitors third party service apps including but not limited to: Corrigo Pro and Service Channel
  • Maintains and ensures data integrity standards of CE and VIP software systems
  • Analyzes Microsoft Power BI and CE Dashboard analytics for analysis to enhance operational standards pertaining to: Service Technician, installers and equipment delivery standards, and mobile platform data
  • Builds functional relationships with the G & J Pepsi software publisher vendors to maximize and leverage the support & maintenance contracts.

Education Level

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent degree required.

Experience

1-3 years of front-end software management experience in a distribution or DSD environment and/or academic studies pertaining to logistics management and logistics analysis. Previous call center and resource scheduling experience strongly preferred.

Computer Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, CEM, VIP, Power BI and Sharepoint

Certificates & Licenses

Valid Driver’s License; employee must be insurable to operate a vehicle, as a condition of initial and continued employment.
