  Write functional and technical specifications.

  Propose suitable solutions (software, hardware such as handheld terminals, RFID, conveyors).

  Ensure the maintenance of existing applications.
• 
  Develop new features or specific modules using WinDev/WebDev/WinDev Mobile.
• 
  Manage the database (HFSQL).
• 
  Ensure interfacing with industrial PLCs or third-party systems (ERP, accounting).

• 
  Install the solution at the client's site.
• 
  Configure the equipment (RFID antennas, barcode scanners, thermal printers).
• 
  Train end users and local administrators.

• 
  Provide level 2 and 3 technical support.
• 
  Analyze customer feedback to propose continuous improvements.
• 
  Maintain technical and user documentation.

• 
  Supervise the technical support team (Helpdesk) and ensure the quality and speed of service to internal users.
• 
  Implement and maintain established practices for managing incidents, problems, and changes.

Requirements

• 
  Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science.
• 
  Language: Proficient in English.
• 
  Technical Expertise:
• 
  Essential mastery of the PC SOFT environment (WinDev) with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• 
  Good knowledge of SQL database management.
• 
  Knowledge of networking and hardware (IoT, RFID) would be a significant asset.
