The Role: Are you a Construction Lead, Carpenter, or Remodeler looking for a professional "home" in a specialized trade? FASTSIGNS/Pittsburgh is looking for a mechanically-minded Field Lead who takes pride in owning a project from start to finish.

• A Lead's Schedule: Our standard hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM However, being a Lead means owning the deadline. This role requires occasional flexibility for early starts or working past 5:00 PM to ensure a high-profile install is completed perfectly. Very occasional weekend work may be required for specific commercial projects.
  
  
• Zero Drama: We value calm, logical problem-solving over tempers and excuses.
  
  
• Support: We provide a 25’ bucket truck, high-end tools, and digital tablets.
  
  

What Defines a "Lead" at Our Shop:

1. Unshakeable Reliability: Our team and our clients depend on us. You are the most reliable person in the building. Chronic "emergencies" or attendance issues need not apply.
   
   
2. The "Solution" Mindset: When a job site presents a surprise (and they always do), you find a professional, safe way to solve it without losing your cool.
   
   
3. Mechanical IQ: You understand structural anchoring, substrates (brick, block, EIFS), and basic electrical. You take pride in work that is level, plumb, and permanent.
   
   
4. Professionalism: You can communicate clearly with business owners and site managers.
   
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Lead experience in Construction, Remodeling, or Skilled Trades.
  
  
• A clean driving record (Required for bucket truck insurance).
  
  
• Comfortable at heights and on ladders.
  
  

Compensation: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
