You’ll specifically take care of site installation activities, including resource planning inputs and technical documentation, but also provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Supporting and executing site installation activities, including site facilities usage, resource planning inputs, and site access preparation

  • Preparing, implementing, and updating installation technical documentation, such as Installation Plans, procedures, and Work Method Statements (WMS)

  • Executing assigned installation work packages in line with planning, quality, safety, and technical requirements

  • Carrying out installation works for M&U signalling equipment, ensuring technical compliance and performance

  • Providing technical support to sub-contractors and participating in site visits, inspections, and assessments

  • Ensuring proper coordination and information flow with third-party stakeholders, including facilities providers and Civil Works partners

  • Supporting the Installation Engineering team with problem-solving and on-site assistance

  • Ensuring compliance with EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) standards through site inspections and assessments

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of installation processes, tools, and methodologies

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Experience in railway or APM (Automated People Mover) installation – minimum 4 years

  • Familiarity with railway products and services across different market segments (e.g., Urban, Mainline, F&M, APM)

  • Certification in Railway Safety (desirable)

  • Certification in Site EHS management (desirable)

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively manage interfaces with customers and partners

  • Problem-solving mindset and resilience to address field challenges

  • Willingness to work night shifts or weekends if required

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from monotonous routines

  • Work with new security standards for rail signalling
