What role you will play in our team

Image projects project management coordination. Ensures a seamless and streamlined imaging process across the US North region. Responsible for ensuring imaging activities are completed in a timely manner and that site image standards are consistently executed, while holding stakeholders accountable. Conducts analysis of special image projects and pilot programs to assess their impact on site performance.

Job to be performed in Buenos Aires city. Area: Retiro

What you will do

  • Coordinate the implementation of site image standards at retail and commercial sites in the US among customers, installers, vendors and project managers.
  • Oversee appropriate third-party activities to ensure correct and timely implementation
  • Support marketing program pilots from a site-level perspective
  • Proactively work with all stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and effectively
  • Escalate unresolved site readiness issues when additional support is required
  • Maintain database for tracking status of Branded Wholesalers site preparations and program activities
  • Provide regular status updates to Account managers and Field supervisor regarding site-level program execution
  • Act as Image Subject Matter Expert for local new and existing contractor capability and performance
  • Communicate implementation learnings to support ongoing execution improvement
  • Support Area “road show” meetings, as required.
  • Conduct data analysis of image projects or pilots on sell out impact in actionable KPIs and takeaways

About You

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or similar degrees
  • +7 Years in project management / Coordinate multiple projects / retail / Detail driven
  • Advanced english written and oral communication skills
  • Analytical skills required (Data&Analyisis, good business judgment)
  • Leadership and cross functional coordination

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

  • Customer service-oriented; being able to coordinate multiple projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Present business results/KPI analysis/Sell out results into presentations to drive actionable items
  • Able to present results in decks according to the audience
  • Effective in managing relations with external service providers
