Requirements

  Key Responsibilities:
  • 
    Conduct twice-daily game drives and guided bush walks.
  • 
    Provide engaging and educational interpretations of local flora, fauna, and ecosystems.
  • 
    Maintain vehicles and guiding equipment to the highest standards.
  • 
    Assist with guest hosting and social media content creation.
• 
  Requirements:
  • 
    NQF2
  • 
    Valid
    PrDP
    and Driver’s License.
  • 
    Valid
    First Aid Level 1
    or higher.
  • 
    Registration with the
    National Department of Tourism (NDT)
    .

• 
  Key Responsibilities:
  • 
    Oversee daily F&B operations, including restaurant and boma dining.
  • 
    Manage bar services, wine pairings, and stock control.
  • 
    Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain world-class food standards and dietary requirements.
  • 
    Host guests during meals and evening entertainment.
  • 
    Manage staff training, scheduling, and hygiene standards.
• 
  Requirements:
  • 
    3–5 years of
    luxury lodge F&B
    experience.
  • 
    Strong knowledge of international and South African cuisine and fine wines.
  • 
    Excellent administrative and organizational skills, including computer literacy.
  • 
    Professional, neat appearance and exceptional interpersonal skills.
