Conduct guided game drives and bush walks in a safe, informative, and engaging manner
Share extensive knowledge of wildlife, ecology, and the surrounding environment with guests
Ensure guests have a world-class safari experience from arrival to departure
Maintain guiding equipment and vehicles to the highest standard
Follow reserve rules, safety procedures, and conservation guidelines
Assist with lodge activities, guest hosting, and special experiences when required
Monitor wildlife sightings and contribute to reserve records
Uphold the lodge’s luxury service standards and guest interaction expectations

Valid Driver’s License and PDP
Previous experience guiding in a Big Five reserve preferred
Strong communication and storytelling ability
Excellent guest relations skills suitable for a luxury environment
Fluent in English (additional languages advantageous)
