Job Title: Field Force Regional Director (m/f/d)

Job Location: Düsseldorf / Germany

Main Responsibilities:

  • Regional Field Force Strategy & Team Leadership: Act as the primary leader for regional Field Force (FF) operations. Architect and establish a comprehensive regional FF management framework, including management protocols, incentive schemes, KPIs, and operational SOPs, taking full responsibility for execution quality, coverage efficiency, and overall business outcomes.
  • Standardization & Operating Model Development (SOP/SLA): Lead the strategic design and implementation of full-cycle Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for large-scale FF operations. Ensure consistent execution standards across regions, driving operational discipline and compliance.
  • Regional Performance Management & Data-Driven Execution: Steer regional execution by analyzing structural data related to installer network expansion, FF visit frequency, coverage rate, and key action execution. Leverage data analytics to generate strategic insights to identify execution gaps, optimize resource allocation, and drive the overall achievement of regional business targets.
  • Cross-functional Leadership & Systemic Issue Resolution: Architect a feedback mechanism for frontline issues. Coordinate cross-functional resources (collaboration with Product, R&D, and Marketing teams) to ensure systemic technical and product-related challenges are resolved efficiently and SLA commitments are met.
  • Organizational Capability Building & Enablement: Direct the overall enablement strategy for the regional FF team. Oversee the development and regional rollout of standardized sales enablement tools (e.g., sales kits, scripts). Ensure the adoption of digital management tools and establish a comprehensive training, assessment, and certification mechanism to continuously elevate the organizational capability of the field team.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6 to 15 years of overall professional experience, with a minimum of 6 years in Retail Management or Field Force Management, Channel Management, Sales Operations or other related fields. Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-city retail or promoter teams at a regional level. Experience in the photovoltaic (PV) or renewable energy industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Professional Skills: Strong expertise in organizational design, SOP framework construction, and field execution strategy. Advanced data-driven decision-making skills; adept at using BI tools and structural data to drive business growth. Deep understanding of CRM logic and enterprise-level field force management tools.
  • Core Competencies: Mature regional leadership mindset with the ability to manage complex, multi-layer Field Force organizations across diverse regional markets. Strong cross-functional influence and project management capabilities, able to drive execution and closure across diverse stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher; majors in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
  • Language: Professional proficiency in English as a working language. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
