This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Field Expert Mentor, Crimson Rise in India.

This role offers a unique opportunity to guide and inspire students as they develop meaningful, real-world, field-based projects that shape their academic and personal growth. You will act as a mentor, supporting learners through the full project lifecycle—from ideation and research to execution and presentation—while adapting guidance to different levels of complexity. The position is highly impactful, allowing you to directly influence the development of future global leaders by sharing your professional expertise in a structured and supportive learning environment. You will work remotely with students from diverse backgrounds, contributing to an innovative education model that blends mentorship, creativity, and applied learning. The role is flexible and designed for experienced professionals who are passionate about education and youth development. Accountabilities:

  • Mentor students through structured, field-based projects, guiding them from initial concept development to final completion.
  • Provide expert input across research, prototyping, analysis, and presentation stages depending on project scope and discipline.
  • Support students in developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and real-world application of knowledge.
  • Adapt mentoring approaches to suit different student levels, learning styles, and project complexity.
  • Conduct live mentoring sessions, provide feedback, and deliver structured summaries and follow-ups after sessions.
  • Help students refine their work and maintain progress across multi-week or multi-stage projects.
  • Maintain consistent communication with students while ensuring a supportive, motivating learning environment.

    • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university (Top 30 U.S. university strongly preferred or equivalent academic background).
    • Minimum 3 years of hands-on professional experience in one or more relevant fields such as Engineering, Medicine, Life Sciences, AI, Business, Law, Social Sciences, Arts, or related disciplines.
    • Proven experience managing projects or mentoring, coaching, or guiding others in structured learning or professional settings.
    • Strong ability to translate real-world expertise into accessible, educational guidance for students.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills with genuine enthusiasm for working with young learners.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage flexible, part-time commitments (approximately 5 hours per week).
    • Fluency in English and preferably familiarity with regional context or local language depending on student needs.
