Key responsibilities
Lead planning, execution and follow up of internal and cross functional field engagement activities
l Plan, coordinate and execute internal and cross‑departmental field activities (e.g., field events, training, sales enablement initiatives).
l Manage end‑to‑end delivery: objectives, timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, logistics, materials and post‑activity follow‑up.
l Align activities with commercial priorities and local plans; ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment across medical, marketing, sales and operations.
l Track activity performance and compliance; document outcomes and lessons learned to optimize future execution.
Sales analytics & commercial insights.
l Analyze sales and field performance data to identify growth opportunities, customer segments, and territory improvement areas.
l Build concise, data driven recommendations and action plans to support field force, sales management and cross functional stakeholders.
l Develop regular reports, dashboards and executive summaries that highlight trends, KPIs and progress versus targets.
l Support territory prioritization, resource allocation and promotional effectiveness measurement.
Ad‑hoc analysis & cross‑functional projects
l Execute short term analyses and support cross departmental initiatives (e.g., launches, pilots, CRM/IT implementations, process improvements).
l Prepare business cases, project plans and performance monitoring for assigned projects.
l Facilitate knowledge sharing and training for stakeholders on insights, tools and best practices.
Qualifications
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry and future trend, industry benchmark, sales management practice, etc.
• Multi-national company working experience
• Process management skills
• Bachelor degree, e.g. Pharmacy, Science or Business Administration
• Fluent English is required
• >5 years multi-national company experience
• >2 years project management experience
• >2 years process management experience
