Field Service Engineer – Dosing, Dispensing & Floorcare
As a Field Service Engineer, you will install,maintainand repair Diversey dosing and dispensing equipment as well as TASKI floorcare machines at customer sites. You will deliver exceptional technical service,maximisefirst‑timefix rates, and ensure customers receive a safe,efficientand professional experience every time. This is afield‑basedrole requiring strong technical ability,independenceand a commitment to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Install,maintainand repair dosing and dispensing equipment and TASKI floorcare machines for Diversey customers.
Attend customer sites for breakdowns, plannedmaintenanceand installation visits.
Deliver consistentlyhigh levelsof customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor andmaintainvan stock levels to support a strongfirst‑timefix rate.
Minimiseequipment downtime by using remote diagnosis and remote fix options where possible.
Plan daily work efficiently tomaximiseproductivity and meet customer expectations.
Maintain PPE and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and customers at all times.
Keep Salesforce updated with job details, parts used, incomplete tasks andfollow‑uprequirements.
Communicate effectively with the Planning teamregardingparts,schedulingand job status.
Participate fully in all training provided tomaintainand develop technical skill levels.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
Minimum 2 years’ experience in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g., automotive, mobility equipment, forklifts, motorcycles, white goods, boilers, etc.).
Strong focus on quality,safetyand service excellence.
Ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
Keen eye for detail and a methodical approach toproblem‑solving
Confidentcommunicatorwith customers and internal teams.
Full UK DrivingLicence(essential).
