Purpose of the role:

The Field Engineer plays a critical role in strengthening pre-sales activities by providing advanced technical support and driving product specification with key stakeholders.The role ensures that Leviat solutions are specified early in the project lifecycle, increasing conversion rates and supporting sustainable business growth.

Key Tasks and responsibilities:

Provide technical support to Sales teams during pre-sales and project development phases

Drive specification activities with architects, structural engineers, and designers

Promote Leviat solutions to ensure early-stage inclusion in project designs

Review project specifications and propose optimized technical solutions

Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management on technical requirements

Deliver technical presentations, seminars, and training to customers and partners

Support complex project negotiations with high technical content

Monitor project pipeline and specification status using CRM tools

Contribute to product development by sharing market and customer insights

Ensure compliance with technical standards, regulations, and company policies

Strong technical background in construction, civil engineering, or related field

Proven experience in technical sales, specification, or engineering roles

Solid understanding of construction systems and design processes

Experience working with architects and engineering firms

Ability to translate technical solutions into customer value

Strong presentation and communication skills

Experience with CRM and project pipeline management tools

Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach

Degree in Civil Engineering or related technical discipline
