We are looking for a hands-on and customer-savvy Field Engineer to be the ambassador of our technology in the field. This role is the critical link between our powerful Caron Engineering solutions and OnTakt software and the customers who rely on them. You will own the end-to-end integration process, ensuring that every installation is not just functional, but perfectly aligned with customer needs and specifications. · Identify and working towards improving our preparation and execution processes and environment.
Travel Requirement: This role does require a willingness and ability to travel frequently. Averaging 50% Travel. With busy seasons, expect up to 75%
