What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee on-site project execution to ensure compliance with engineering plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and project managers to drive progress.
• Troubleshoot field issues and recommend engineering solutions in real time.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and materials to keep work on track.
• Ensure quality control and safety regulations are met at all times.
• Review blueprints, technical drawings, and site layouts for accuracy.
• Conduct field tests, inspections, and reporting to support engineering teams.

What We're Looking For

We need a sharp, hands-on engineer who isn't afraid to get into the field, make decisions, and ensure projects move forward smoothly If you're detail-oriented, adaptable, and love solving real-world engineering problems, this role is for you.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• 2+ years of field engineering or construction experience.

• Willingness to travel to job sites as required.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to changing site conditions.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in transportation, water resources, or environmental engineering projects.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, GIS, and field engineering software.
• OSHA safety certifications or experience managing on-site safety compliance.
