About this opportunity:The Individual is accountable for end-to-end service assurance, availability, resilience and reliability of managed services under the contract. This customer-facing role works closely with Ericsson Service Delivery Units (SDUs), Service Owners and customer stakeholders to manage reactive, preventive and predictive maintenance, drive continuous performance improvement, and ensure business continuity and disaster recovery.

What you will do:

The overall E2E responsible and accountable for availability management, Service Assurance, resilience and reliability of the Service. Measuring continual Service Performance and capacity of the Service and driving actions through the Ericsson Service Delivery Units (SDU) or delivery flows.Responsible and accountable for event, incident, problem and changes to an existing Service. Includes operational acceptance of a New Service and termination of an existing service.Own availability management, incident, event, problem and change processes for the service lifecycle, including operational acceptance and service terminations.Drive service performance and capacity management; measure KPIs and lead corrective actions across SDUs and delivery flows.Lead Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning, tests and remediation activities.Manage stakeholder relationships with customers and internal governance forums; present service performance and improvement plans.Ensure operational and financial delivery in line with WLAs/SLAs, including productivity, efficiency and automation targets.

The skills you bring:

Relevant experience required-2-5 Yrs

Proven track record in incident, problem and change management within managed services.
Strong experience with business continuity, disaster recovery and preventive maintenance.
Worked in incident Management, problem Management, KPI/SLA.
Preventive Maintenance /Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery/ Change Management
Efficiency Improvement in Service Delivery• Productivity• Operational Acceptance Testing•
Overall understanding of Automation• Proactive Problem Management• Problem management•
Hands-on experience or strong understanding of automation, ML/AI-driven analytics and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with Ericsson Operations Engine and working within WLAs/SLAs.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with CAPA, operational acceptance testing and service delivery productivity initiatives.

Education & Qualifications

“All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Relevant certifications in ITIL, incident/problem management, data analytics, or project management are advantageous.
