You will developrolling 3 Month forecast using statistical models and FAP Inputsfor150+ SKUs at SKU-Depot Level for West BranchTraditionalTradeChannelYou will coordinate, challenge and influence building block with input from sales,marketingand other partners.In addition, you will review the disaggregated short-term demand plan, which includes SKU/location mix and weekly pacing. Finally, you will provide the finalized detailed demand plan by SKU to supply planners and adjust it based on feedback from supply planners or commercial teams.

How you will contribute

  • Contribute to the demand management cycle of the integrated business planning (IBP) process for your market and to strategy and structure discussions

  • Liaise with the commercial and operational teams and develop ways to continuously improve communication between the functions to support the delivery of the business KPIs

  • Liaise closely with Supply Planning team to maximize availability at warehouses; Additionally, own the supply & deployment planning for all child warehouses.

  • Interact with modelling team to generate statistical forecasting

  • Participate in the integrated business planning process and manage the demand planning tool

  • Perform root-cause analysis for continuous plan improvement for key service issues, forecasterrorand bias, and share output withappropriate leadership

  • Anchor the Make-to-order process for select customers by understanding requirements and accordingly arranging supply for them

  • Own and run the S&OE process at the market level along with commercial & supply chain stakeholders

What you need to know about this position:

  • Developing Rolling 3 Month forecast using statistical models(Moving Average/Swing) and FAP Inputs

  • Collaborated with Sales, Central Demand Team to build NPIs & Seasonal trends into Baseline forecast

  • LeadWeeklyS&OE meetingaligning Field Sales Team & Supply Chain Team for Opps/Risk identification

  • Monitoring Primary Sales, Secondary Sales & Norms to prevent Overstocking/Understocking at Depots/RDs

  • Ensuring Supply Availability for SKUs to improve Rangeacrosswarehouses through Inter depot Movements

  • Coordinated with Supply Team to optimizedays of cover at all depots & improve Fill rate

  • Monitor and control inventory ageing through focused interventions with thecentralcommercial,demandand field sales team

  • AchieveBest in ClassKPIs targets includingForecast Accuracy andBias ,Customer service level across multiplechanneland minimizeinventory ageing

  • Drive effective cross-functional communication among stakeholders including sales, demand planning,andproduct supplyteams

Education / Certifications: Graduation & MBA certification is required

Job specific requirements: Minimum 2 years of work experience into supply planning
