Field Data Collection (FDC) Systems Support –
Functionality & Usability of Production Applications
·Provide first-level technical and operational
support to end users (in person, phone, or electronic).
·Support the use of applications such as fruit
receipts, harvest, overhead, and product quality (PQ).
·Troubleshoot basic system, application, and
device issues.
·Ensure proper use and functionality of both
customized and off-the-shelf systems.
Compliance and Training
·Ensure applications and equipment are used in
accordance with company policies and procedures.
·Deliver training to end users in field and
office environments (one-on-one and group sessions).
