Job Description

The Opportunity:

As an Field Data Capture (FDC) Business Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the PM Suite Field Data Capture system. In this role, you will apply your analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to support business users across various departments. You will gain valuable crossfunctional exposure and developing deep technical expertise of the oil and gas industry and Field Data Capture systems and data flow. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow into a subject matter expert in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.

  • Job location: Calgary, Alberta
  • Shift schedule: 5 x 2, 8-hour shifts

Key Accountabilities:

  • Understand complex business processes and system concepts quickly, with a strong attention to detail
  • Support field operations, production accounting and marketing business areas
  • Manage the configuration and support of PM Suite while providing practical, workflowbased guidance and solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Support system testing, software upgrades, and release activities
  • Contribute to special projects and handle adhoc data requests as required

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Operations Management, Data Science, or Software Engineering is considered an asset
  • Experience in oil and gas or Field Operations is considered an asset but not required
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
