As a Field Data Capture Business Support Analyst, you will apply your analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to provide effective technical and process support for the Field Operations team and the PM Suite / Field Data Capture system. You will work closely with various business units across Canadian Natural, building strong relationships and gaining valuable cross functional exposure. This is a great opportunity to build technical skills in a fast ‑paced, collaborative environment.

• Shift schedule: 5 x 2, 8-hour shifts

Key Accountabilities:

• Working alongside our experienced team in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Support field operations, production accounting and marketing business areas
• Managing the configuration and support of PM Suite while providing practical, workflow ‑based guidance and solutions aligned with business objectives
• Implementing effective solutions by evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, identifying improvement opportunities
• Supporting system testing and software upgrades, as well as contributing to special projects, handle ad ‑hoc data requests as required
• Creating and maintain implementation and monitoring plans, operational support models, process documentation, and system/application diagrams

What You Bring to the Role:

• 1 to 3 years of oil and gas experience, specifically with Field Data Capture systems is considered an asset
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Operations Management, Data Science, or Software Engineering is preferred
• Familiarity with and strong organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills with good attention to detail
