Field Customer Care Specialist

Paul Davis Restoration of Lanier Isles is looking for a Field Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience during times of loss by supporting homeowners on-site and ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the restoration process.

This position is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment. You will be the face of our company—building trust, providing updates, and helping guide customers through the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with homeowners on-site to provide updates and support throughout the job
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer communication
• Set expectations and clearly explain the restoration process
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at every stage of the project
• Document job progress, notes, and communication in RMS
• Take photos and assist with job file documentation as needed
• Coordinate with project managers, mitigation teams, and office staff
• Address customer concerns and help resolve issues quickly and professionally

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in the field and traveling to job sites daily
• Ability to build rapport and show empathy in difficult situations
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
• Basic computer skills (experience with CRM systems a plus)
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
