About Your Workplace
Join Miele's Field Sales team and play a pivotal role in supporting the success of our retail network. As a Field Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone of the State Sales team, ensuring sales activities run smoothly through exceptional coordination, administration and stakeholder support. Working closely with Account Specialists, State Sales Managers and internal teams, you'll help deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting the continued growth of the Miele brand.
Your Responsibilities
Coordinate field sales activities including display stock orders, transfers, installations and dealer display maintenance
Provide administrative support to the State Sales Manager, including reporting, presentations, meeting coordination and minute taking
Support the planning and delivery of exhibitions, trade shows, product launches and other sales events
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely execution of sales initiatives and customer requests
Manage point of sale materials, brochures, display stock and inventory reconciliation
Prepare reports, dashboards and sales data to support business decision-making
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to dealer and consumer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
What We Are Looking For
Must-have:
Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong administration experience with excellent attention to detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
A customer-focused approach with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
Nice-to-have:
Experience supporting a field sales or retail team
Experience coordinating events, trade shows or marketing activities
Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems
Experience working within a premium retail, FMCG or consumer goods environment
