Sirva are now seeking applicants for a Field Consultant in Adelaide to support our Destination Services team. This unique customer-facing role facilitates smooth and stress-free relocation for our customers settling in Adelaide.
The role is a casual employment status with flexibility of hours and workdays within the assignment timeframe. The role is 100% remote based but usually involves at least 1 day of home searches with the customers in and around Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities:
• To be the face-to-face contact with assignees moving into Adelaide. By being the main point of contact for any city specific knowledge and advice for queries for your assignees
• Liaise with schools if required to arrange viewings/enrolment.
• Liaise with real estate agents to:
• Book viewings
• Source properties that haven’t been listed or have been listed that meet the preferences of a given employee
• Follow up on applications.
• Negotiate lease terms (if applicable).
• Collect assignees and take to school or rental viewings (in line with approved services)
• Advise on required documents and standard relating to the Adelaide market & nuances
• Keep the Destination Services Manager update on progress and flag milestones and escalations to the immediately and provide a proactive solution to try to avoid
• Provide itineraries to the file manager within 24 hrs. of any face-to-face assistance.
Who we are looking for!
• Warm, approachable and highly personable, with the ability to build trust quickly and create a welcoming experience for assignees relocating to Adelaide.
• Proactive and solutions-focused, able to anticipate challenges, provide practical advice, and confidently navigate complex relocation and rental processes.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ensuring schedules, itineraries, documentation and follow-ups are managed accurately and efficiently.
• Professional and confident communicator, capable of liaising effectively with schools, real estate agents, clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Adaptable and calm under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, handle escalations professionally, and deliver a high level of customer service throughout the relocation journey.
• The individual must be a car license holder and have their own car
• Individual uses their own laptop and mobile device for the role
Important information:
• This role is paid per hour with both a base hourly rate
• Each job assignment has set expected hours for completion along with the details of service to provide. This will be available when sharing the details of the job.
• In addition to the base hourly rate, there is an hourly allowance to support car, phone and internet costs.
