In this role, you will facilitate transformation by working closely with our Falcon 2.0 build partnership to maximize the build efficiency, increase schedule predictability and identify unit cost efficiencies while drivingsustainable & strong engagement with our partners.
As a Field Construction Manager, you will be leading the end-to-end PureFibre Network Deployment program. You will focus on build efficiency, project implementation, quality standards, and safety needs. You will showcase the TELUS values internally and externally and truly embrace the spirit of community champion to elevate our brand.As a key member of the team you will collaborate with both a core program team and cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do
Oversee multiple projects, with a focus on leading and coordinating TELUS' build partners involved in the construction of all TELUS outside plant infrastructure.

Intermediate knowledge of English is required because you will on a regular basis interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues,internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part oft his position's main responsibilities given its provincial scope.
