Job Title: Full-Time Field Collector

Salary: $18.00 to $22.68 per hour (plus bonuses)

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Work Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 6:30 pm, and Saturday 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, with one weekday off and Sundays off.
• Build and maintain relationships with our customers through phone and computer communication.
• Review applications and seek opportunities to renew customer agreements.
• Make calls to customers regarding expired agreements and references on expired accounts.
• Listen actively to help resolve issues and encourage timely renewals and payments.
• Schedule voluntary merchandise turn-ins and conduct field visits for product pickups and door hangers.
• Handle challenging situations promptly and professionally, ensuring outstanding customer service.
• Multitask effectively to meet weekly goals while keeping the customer experience at the forefront.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, account management, collections, or rental services is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Professional communication skills in English; bilingual is a plus.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
