The Job

• Contacts delinquent customers to discuss account status.
• Inform and assess the customer's story and suggest a beneficial solution.
• Follow up on repayments promises customers of past due payment.
• Identify and escalate uncooperative customers to Legal.

The Ideal Candidate

• You Live in Taguig 2 (Western Bicutan, Upper Bicutan, Maharlika Village, Signal Village, Bagumbayan, Pinagsama, Palar Village, Fort Bonifacio)
• Field collection experience is required
• Has a valid/updated Driving License and should own a motorcycle
• Computer literate
