About the role:

Are you passionate about developing people, elevating guest experiences, and driving retail performance through inspiring coaching?

We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Field Coach to partner with our Boutique teams and leaders across the network. In this highly visible role, you’ll work predominantly in the field, coaching and motivating teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences, strengthen selling capability, and achieve commercial success aligned with L’Occitane’s values.

You’ll play a key role in building confident, high-performing teams by delivering impactful training, embedding best-in-class beauty practices, and ensuring consistency across all guest touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging in-field coaching and training sessions that inspire teams and embody L’Occitane values
  • Coach retail teams to increase sales through product knowledge, selling techniques, demonstrations, and guest connection
  • Enhance the performance of Beauty Pods and Beauty Experts
  • Regularly review individual and boutique KPIs to identify opportunities for performance improvement
  • Collaborate with Boutique Managers, Regional Managers, and Learning & Development to support training & continuous improvement
  • Measure the effectiveness of coaching and training sessions, providing regular feedback and recommendations

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience coaching in a retail environment
  • Proven retail sales capability (beauty and/or fragrance experience is prefered)
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage diverse learning styles
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously in the field
  • Commercially minded, with confidence analysing KPIs and driving performance outcomes
  • Passionate about guest experience, storytelling, and people development
