Due to recent growth, we're looking for a Field Clinical Applications Specialistto join our U.S. team. This is an exciting opportunity to directly impact the quality of patient care across the U.S. and Canada.

In this role, you'll provide device and software training and ongoing support to customers using Xstrahl's superficial and orthovoltage systems. Travel will be predominantly along the East Coast and into Canada, with occasional travel to other parts of the U.S. or globally as needed.

Role

  • As a Field Clinical Applications Specialist, you'll serve as the clinical expert for Xstrahl's medical and dermatology customers, supporting both new and existing users with training and ongoing service.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing clinical applications training to customers, both on-site and remotely, to ensure they are well prepared to operate Xstrahl equipment safely, effectively, and with the highest level of satisfaction
  • Delivering clinical expertise in the use of Xstrahl's Medical and Dermatology systems, with a focus on Radiation Therapy in Dermatology
  • Developing, evaluating, and implementing training materials for end users of our medical and skin product lines
  • Performing software upgrades, installations, and connectivity support
  • Collecting, evaluating, and reporting product compliance and performance data to inform risk assessments and meet regulatory requirements
  • Training internal staff on the medical product range, user software, and clinical application of our systems
  • Supporting physicians and clinical staff through product demonstrations, procedure and case coverage, and device troubleshooting
  • Assisting in managing customers' clinical expectations and providing continuing clinical and product support
  • Documenting all activities accurately and promptly
  • Troubleshooting effectively and adapting to evolving clinical situations

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or certification in Radiation Therapy or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in Radiation Therapy and/or Dermatology, or prior field clinical support experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%
  • Working knowledge of leading clinical information systems such as Aria and Mosaiq, with an in-depth understanding of clinical workflow
  • Strong understanding of Radiation Protection principles and Radiation Regulations
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records and HIPAA compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365
  • Ability to work independently in a goal- and solution-oriented manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative team approach
