Field Client Services Assistant

Full-Time · On-site · Fieldwork

About the Role

As our Field CSA, you're the on-the-ground point of contact for clients, respondents, and project teams, keeping sessions running smoothly from setup through wrap-up, in our facility and off site. Your schedule, locations, and hours shift week to week with the field calendar.

What you’ll do

In the Field

• Prep research locations daily: cleanliness, shelf setup, and materials.
• Support sessions with client needs, tally sheets, counts, documentation, and cleanup.
• Help build each project's Day of Needs, keep the project workbook current, and complete the Nightly Report.

At the Facility (as capacity permits)

• Step in as Assistant Manager when the CSM is out.
• Onboard, mentor, and develop new CSRs and contract workers.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and oversee shipping.
• Manage inventory, stock Intercept kits, and make supply runs in your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Cover reception, route calls, and help keep guests and the space safe.

WHAT YOU BRING

Must-Haves

• Strong written and verbal communication and organization skills.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams), Outlook, OneDrive, Google Suite, and simple accounting, plus an eagerness to learn new tools, including AI.
• Full-time availability with a flexible schedule, plus a valid driver's license, insurance, and transportation (exceptions may apply by location), and willingness to travel off site for Intercept projects.
• Ability to stand for long periods on hard floors and lift up to 25 pounds (reasonable accommodation available on request).
• Completion of required IT and security training and adherence to ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 20252 standards.

Nice-to-Haves

• Market research industry knowledge.
• Supervisory or mentorship experience in client services, retail, or hospitality, including leading small teams or shifts.
