Job Description


        • Managing direct B2B accounts portfolio for Central Punjab in General Manufacturing, Fleets and Construction Sector

        • Delivering business plan of Volume and profitablity

        • Pipeline development and managing a balanced sectoral base for delivering on growth targets despite demand churns and headwinds

        • Key Accounts Management for all hi-end accounts

        • Arresting and reversing churn and delivering value by cross selling and up selling.

        • Conflict management - channel conflicts resolution in the territories

        • Incorporating Sales Excellence behaviours including complaince with our Sales Force 1 commercial excellence targets and nurturing professional approach for goals delivery

        • Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical)+ MBA would be preferred

        • Techno-commercial sale experience required

        • Hunting mindset with futuristic call planning approach

        • Knowledge of Gas Engine, HFO Engine, 4-Stroke Diesel Engine, Turbine, Compressor, Heat Exchangers and Industrial Gear system

        • Basic knowledge of fundamentals of Industrial Lubrication

        • Intel of Fleets, Construction, Textile, Appliance Manufacturing and associated sectors
