
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage project activities ensuring project objectives and deliverables are met
Responsible for on-site technical and engineering matters relating to roads and drainage activities.
Carry out Site inspection and upkeep of site documentations
Supervise and coordinate day to day site works, including sub-contract works, safety and quality control.
Attend meetings, liaise with contractors, clients, etc
Monitor activity progress for the project in line with the project objectives, deliverables and timelines and report potential delays including mitigation recommendations
Manage the project Risk Log ensuring all identified risks have been mitigated
Provide project reports on a regular basis for effective communication
Provide support for the operational activities and project phase reviews
Provide support for product costing and financial assessment of the project
Provide support for preparation of monthly Managerial reports
Ensure smooth transfer of project knowledge
Ensures all activities, equipment and facilities comply with, Health, Safety and Environmental policies
Undertake any other work duties as required by the project
Comply with the company’s QA and BMS procedures.
Perform reasonable other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Reporting Supervisor
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or its equivalent
At least 5 years of relevant experience with multi-disciplinary project management on infrastructure projects
Ability to use MS Office, MS Project and Auto Cad is preferred.
Experience in risk assessment, environmental impact assessments, site supervision and contract administration
A good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Willing to accept Project-base status
Willing to be assigned in Manila.
