Job Description

• FIFO from Perth | Day shift only, 8/6 roster at Granny Smith
• Develop practical, hands-on geology experience across production and drilling
• Manual Drivers license & Forklift License required

The Opportunity:

In the role, you will provide quality geology technical services to support safe, efficient, and high-quality ore extraction as part of our Geology team at our owner-operated Granny Smith Gold Mine.

Skills & Qualifications

• Current manual driver’s licence
• Forklift License required
• Experience in a similar role within the mining/resources environment

About the Role

• Assist with production activities such as ore mark-ups, ore spotting, and collecting in-pit samples
• RC drilling activities including sampling and rock chip collection
• Diamond drill core processing, cutting and sampling activities
• Maintain QAQC standards for sample handling and data recording
• Manage the daily and weekly sample dispatch services to the assay laboratory
