ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• This role involvesgettingout and about, so a validdriver'slicense and a loveforexploringthe local area are a must!

• Perform and provideexceptionalqualitywork and services, and adheretostrict time schedules
• Performworkpromptly

• Schedule, communicate, and complete Move-OutAssessments

• Schedule, communicate, and complete InitialRe-InspectAssessments

• Schedule, communicate, complete, & invoicePeriodicAssessments

• Managetheoperationof the company maintenance vehicle and tools

• MaintaintheestablishedcustomerservicestandardsforbothOwners and Tenants

• Protect and promotethecompany culture and morale

• Promptlyrespond, pursue, and resolvecustomer and vendorissues

• Manageworkorderservicerequestflow,ensuringallservicerequests are properlymaintained in the company software, including notes, documents, and updates

Qualifications

• Minimumof 3 yearsofsuitableexperience

• Abilityto prepare, write, and communicateeffectivelywithclients, vendors, and staff.

• Local areaknowledge

• A minimumtypingspeedof 40 words per minute

• Knowledgeof Internet and email

• General maintenance, repair, handyman skills, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, landscaping, and HVAC is a plus.
