To support our team in İzmir - Karaburun we are looking to recruit a Field Area Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• University graduate-degree level qualifications in Electrical Engineering or smilar,
• At least 3 years of experiences in wind industry,
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization,
• Analytical skills and understanding of workflows and their underlying processes,
• Creative thinking skills to solve problems,
• Fluent in English, both verbal and writing,
• Advance level of MS Office knowledge, SAP knowledge is an advantage,
• Having strong problem solving skills,
• Self-confident, highly proactive personality who is convincingly team-oriented·
• Unrestricted ability to work at heights,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Active driving licence,
• Living in Karaburun, Urla or Güzelbahçe
• Willing to travel within region

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintenance wind turbine planning & monitoring
• Service teams’ schedules preparation and coordination,
• Hiring and being a Line Manager for Service Technicans
• Checking maintenance & service reports
• Monitoring the completion of remaining work items
• Keeping WECs up with ENERCON standards
• Plan and monitor : Maintenance, software updates, retrofittings
• Material –tools monitoring, submit material orders
• Reporting (fleet, service reports, road conditions etc.)
• Will be full responsible for HSE related reports and works on site
• First point of contact for customer on site level
• Will be responsible for using SAP or similar programs to report technical cases to support function in organization.
