The Senior Field Applications Engineer will report to Sales Manager. The candidate must have a strong background in analog electronics, with a key emphasis on AC/DC switch mode power supplies (SMPS) in the mid to low power market (<500W). The position requires strong hands-on experience in SMPS design and the ability to perform detailed bench work to help sales engineer support and choose PI solutions for customers.
To be successful in this role, candidates must be very efficient managing multiple projects, be very responsive for sudden support demands, and very delicate with customer relations.
