Drive business for Siemens EDA using hands-on technical expertise. Requires working directly with customers as a part of the sales team during product evaluations to ensure technical milestones are met.

Deploy Siemens EDA emulation software and hardware solutions at customer sites.

Promote technical customer service to build and strengthen customer relationships, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and becoming the go-to expert for all customer inquiries and support.

Collaborate with area sales management, account teams, and customers to identify business opportunities and technical requirements.

roubleshoot and resolve technical obstacles; develop and deliver technical presentations on new features and product updates.

Provide in-depth technical feedback and product ideas to our emulation product development teams to improve overall product performance.

Communicate customers' technical requirements to product marketing.

Build a network of peer-level technical relationships with customers.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure mutual success.



Main Responsibilities

Designing and developing software components for Shift-Left-Software on a number of different platforms - emulation, native-accelerated, model-base (QEMU/AFM) SystemC solutions.

Working on complex software applications and dealing with different programming languages and frameworks.

Working through different aspects of software development and testing cycles with deep focus on design and programming.

Integrating Software and Hardware components.

Working with R&D and marketing to facilitate understanding of customer use cases, product future needs, … etc. 

Required skills, knowledge and experience

B.Sc. or MS in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineer or Computer Science or equivalent with validated years' experience.

Strong experience in C/C++ Programming.

Basic knowledge of digital circuits and digital design/systems.

Highly developed communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and share your knowledge with others.



Knowledge/experience in the following areas is a plus:

RTL development / Verilog

Scripting languages(Python, Perl, Shell, Tcl)

SystemC

Embedded Software Development using a Real Time Operating System such as QNX

Linux OS

Familiarity with ISO26262 safety standard is a plus.
