Organization & Role

Our Teradyne Solutions Engineering Group (SEG) Field Applications team is looking for a highly motivated Test Application Engineer who will work collaboratively with the team as well as independently and develop test applications solutions for our customers.

• Develop, debug, and deploy test solutions for semiconductor devices on Teradyne ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) platforms.
• Supporting test program correlations and release to production activities.
• Optimize existing test solutions for yield and throughput.
• Troubleshooting of test issues and improving test methodologies.
• Provide on-site support to customers using Teradyne ATE.
• Collect customer needs and requests, communicate to internal engineering team to develop new solutions for customer.
• Work within the support of our worldwide application teams to coordinate project development and on time delivery of critical project milestones.

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of test/product engineering experience in digital, high power device testing and with at least 3yrs test development background preferred.
• Programming experience on Teradyne or other ATE platforms. Experience on UltraFLEX or UltraFLEXPlus is a plus.
• Being proficient in C# .NET or VBA is an advantage
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and your native language.
• Willing to travel 30% of time when required to.
• Able to handle dynamic work environment with pressure and quick changes.
