We are looking for a Field Application Engineer in our Helmond to help us grow our business in EMEA. Some of your main challenges will be:

  • Identify and solve technical problems related to ACDC/DCDC power supply products and systems (both wired and wireless).
  • Provide technical and application trainings about ACDC/DCDC products to channel partners and key account customers.
  • Frequently Visit to KA and channel partner for new project developments.
  • Support channel partners and KA with identifying and solving technical problems on-site.
  • Prepare technical documents for new application and products.
  • Handling the customer product failure requests along with service department.
  • Report periodically on technology, industry application and feature trends related to ACDC/DCDC products and solutions for EMEA market.

Qualifications

  • Technical bachelor degree, preferably in Power Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
  • Min. 2 years hands-on power supply designing experience.
  • Good knowledge of power supply hardware and software (PMBus, CAN) lab testing capabilities.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and intercultural awareness.
  • Good organization, planning, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Track record of working in a team.
  • Fluency in English is required, and fluency in a European language is a plus.
  • Frequent travelling required.(2-3 times in a month)
  • In possession of a EU driving license.
