Job Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site technical support for the company's power electronics products (including power management ICs, power modules, power devices, etc.), assisting customers in product commissioning, troubleshooting, and solution implementation.​
  • Collect customer feedback on product application issues and market demands, organize technical cases, and synchronize with the R&D team to drive product optimization.​
  • Participate in the compilation and update of product technical documents (such as application manuals, debugging guides) to support internal training and customer empowerment.​
  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver product technical explanations, solution demonstrations, and pre-sales consulting services to support customer demand alignment.​

Requirements

Basic Qualifications​

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, or related majors.​
  • 1-2 years of work experience in power supply-related fields (e.g., power product commissioning, on-site technical support, R&D assistant). ​
  • Able to adapt to short-term business trips, with good communication and coordination skills and customer service awareness.​

Technical Skills​

  • Familiar with basic theories of power electronics, mastering switching power supply topologies (e.g., Buck, Boost, LLC) and their working principles.​
  • Proficient in practical power product commissioning, capable of troubleshooting basic technical issues using common test instruments such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.​
  • Understanding of application scenarios and selection logic of power management ICs and power semiconductor devices (IGBT, MOSFET, etc.).
  • Basic circuit analysis capabilities, able to read schematic diagrams and experience in simple PCB layout.
  • Working knowledge of Intel VRTT and AMD SDLE is highly desirable.
  • Good English reading and writing skills, able to understand English technical manuals.​

  • Effective communication skills, able to quickly understand customer needs and provide professional technical support.
  • Team-oriented, willing to pursue long-term development in the power electronics field.​
