Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support (hardware and software) to customers, both onsite and remotely
  • Install, maintain, and upgrade test hardware and software/test applications
  • Solve technical issues and develop solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Participate in internal and external training and knowledge-sharing activities
  • Analyze Teradyne products and market trends, collect and report competitor information

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with ATE systems preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in English and Korean preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of Teradyne products and related markets
  • Experience collaborating with customers and leading projects
  • Familiarity with internal systems such as e-Knowledge, e-Support
