Field Application EngineerDüsseldorf售后服务类ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
1. Customer Support & Issue Management
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
- Collect and analyze customer-reported issues
- Support issue reproduction and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
- Follow up on issue progress and communicate updates to customers in a timely manner
- Maintain clear documentation of issues and technical reports
2. Product Deployment & On-site Support
- Support product deployment, testing, and on-site validation
- Participate in customer visits to understand real-world application scenarios and provide feedback to R&D
- Collect customer feedback and support continuous product improvement
- Assist customers with daily technical inquiries and ensure stable product operation
3. Release Support & Customer Training
- Support product releases and customer-side rollouts
- Guide customers through basic operation and upgrade processes
- Deliver customer training sessions (online or on-site) on product usage and troubleshooting
- Support use case and application scenario solution design to help customers better utilize the product
4. Activity Support
- Support various on-site activities such as exhibitions, roadshows, and customer events
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Provide technical support during events, including setup, configuration, and on-site troubleshooting
- Assist in pre-event preparation and post-event technical follow-up QualificationsQualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Fast learner with hands-on capability and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel (approximately 30%)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in data analysis (not limited to specific scenarios or tools)
- Basic project management or cross-functional collaboration experience
