We're seeking a skilled Field Application Engineer to deliver expert label application technical support across our EMEA region, specifically in relation to the application of our premium labels onto our customer's product. If you're passionate about solving complex application and machinery challenges, love working as part of a team, and thrive in a customer-facing role, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
• Troubleshoot, rectify issues, and support labelling equipment at our customer sites
• Lead customer training on operations, materials, and machine setup and effectiveness
• Conduct line audits and support new label applications
• Maintain technical databases and documentation
• Collaborate on innovation and continuous improvement projects

What You’ll Bring
• Proven field support experience in manufacturing (print/label industry preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify and explain complex ideas and technical knowledge
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel frequently (50%) across EMEA
• A strong team player with a willingness to collaborate and learn from others
• Engineering background (mechanical/electrical)
