JOB TITLE: FAE, SSG

REPORTS TO: Engineering Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead customer specification discussions (spec-in / spec-out)
• Select and recommend vacuum valve products based on semiconductor process requirements
• Support product evaluation, qualification, and stabilization at customer sites
• Perform process-based troubleshooting and technical issue resolution
• Work closely with Sales and HQ engineering teams
• Analyze industry and technology trends and provide technical proposals to HQ
• Participate in joint development projects when required

SKILLS:

• Strong understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment
• Knowledge of vacuum systems and components
• Broad technical capability across mechanical, chemical, pneumatic, and process engineering
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly to customers and internal teams
• Strong customer-facing communication and collaboration skills
• Engineering mindset with business and commercial awareness
• Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach
• Mandatorily speak Korean at the level of a native speaker and have a good English communication skill, because the main role is to escalate the clarifiedrequests and problems from Korean customersto BU and to explanate BU’s strategy to customers.

Minimum Qualification

• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment design or project management
• Proven experience in customer specification negotiation
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting within semiconductor manufacturing environments
• Business-level English (technical explanations and email communication)Mandatorily speak Korean at the level of a native speaker

EDUCATION: A

BS in Engineering disciplines or equivalent education and/or experience.
