About the role:

The Field Account Manager (FAM) plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and serving as the operational lead across an assigned portfolio of strategic partner accounts within the region. This role blends direct ownership of select customer relationships and opportunities with hands-on operational leadership to ensure pricing, contracts, renewals, onboarding, and internal processes move forward efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Managing customer roadmap retention plans/actions to ensure protection of base revenue.

• Creating and implementing effective account/territory plans that include; developing and implementing a partnership strategy considering new business growth, managing all resources necessary to drive new business; forecasting revenue; developing key contacts and business relationships within assigned accounts. Support the efforts of the team including on-site visits, demonstrations and customer educational activities.

• Securing meeting appointments, gathering information on customer needs, position and demonstrate LexisNexis Risk Solutions product as solutions to customer's business issues, managing customer objections, and contracts and close the sale.

• Developing gap analysis techniques to determine incremental opportunities within existing accounts. Contacting and meeting with account decision makers to determine the business needs to penetrate new business opportunities.

• Developing planning regimen to identify and track revenue trends, recognize sales opportunities, target specific sales activities, and analyze competitive threats.

• Working closely in a team environment with sales support and technical implementation employees to satisfy customer needs.
• As a key member of our Integration Partner Management team, the account manager will have a “sales engineer” background and will act as the technical bridge between our products and platforms and our partner’s ecosystem.
• Ability and experience to understand various technical environments and propose successful connectivity patterns is a priority.
• This role is ideal for a technically strong, relationship-oriented professional who thrives in a partner-driven environment
• Deliver technical training sessions, hands-on workshops, and integration solution certifications
• Represent LexisNexis Risk Solutions at partner events, technology forums, and security conferences
• Act as a trusted advisor to partner to engineering teams and technical leadership
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 5+ years proven sales experience, with relevant industry or product experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, etc. or equivalent experience.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as presentation skills.

• Strong organizational and forecasting skills.

• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.

• Comfortable with up to 20% travel requirements.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $65,600 - $109,200. Total Target Cash Range: $100,900 - $168,200. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
